SHIPPING POLICY

We are dedicated to delivering your favourite health and beauty essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Delivery Destinations

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Note: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, and Northern Ireland may take an additional 1–2 working days to arrive.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed within 3–8 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer the following shipping methods:

DHL Express Shipping 2-5 working days £5.99

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Missed Deliveries & Wrong Address

  • Incorrect Information: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us at support.dewyskinco@gmail.com immediately.

  • Missed Delivery: If you are not home when delivery is attempted, our courier will either leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect it from a local depot.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care in packaging your health and beauty products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at support.dewyskinco@gmail.com

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link or reach out to us so we can investigate it with the courier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Dewy Skin Co. We want you to love your health and beauty purchases. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

As an online shopper in the UK, you are fully covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we aim to make our returns process as straightforward as possible.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel & Returns Window

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • Once you have notified us of your wish to return, you have an additional 14 days to safely return the items to us.

  • To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals intact.

2. Hygiene Exceptions (Important for Beauty & Health Products)

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges on the following items if they have been opened, unsealed, or used:

  • Cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products.

  • Opened wellness supplements or health items.

  • Personal care tools and accessories.

Note: If a product is returned to us opened or used (and is not faulty), we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the product back to you.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our Customer Support team at support.dewyskinco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return address and a Return Authorisation Form to include in your package.

  3. Package your items securely to prevent damage during transit. We highly recommend using a Tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect product. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please contact us at support.dewyskinco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our health and beauty products. If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or damaged upon arrival, you have a right to a full refund or replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support.dewyskinco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the fault.

  • For verified faulty items, we will cover the cost of the return shipping or provide a pre-paid returns label.

6. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., debit/credit card, PayPal) within 5–10 working days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original standard delivery charges will only be refunded if you are cancelling a full order within the statutory 14-day window or if the item is faulty.
